    when I use the popular docs widget, can I filter the popular docs by category or multi knowledge base? I mean widget not shortcode.

    Regarding your query, currently, the filter option with the BetterDocs Popular Docs widget is unavailable. Really sorry for the inconvenience. But I appreciate your concern. I will definitely discuss this with our Dev Team and if they find this feasible they may add this feature in future releases.
