Popularity Contest set to current month, for right now

I installed the popularity content plugin. It work great but what I want to do is have it diplay info for the last 30 days to get more of a real time thing. I saw the info about the m=yyymm or whatever but how can I make that a dynamic last 30 days, I want to put it in my sidebar.

Any ideas
