Populate Field Based on Button Click

My company sells various products, and allows potential customers to request demos of those products. For each product line I would like to utilize 1 request form so there’s less to manage.

I would like, when a user clicks a “Schedule a Demo” button under a specific product, for that information to come through on our email generated from the form.

Is this possible with this plugin?
