[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension] Populating a Drop Down Menu

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to set this plugin up to dynamically pull in text (via a Shortcode) to populate a drop-down in which the user can select a specific option from the drop-down menu.

Basically, I have a Register form in which people register for events, however, event names and dates are continuously being updated, so I am wondering if this plug in can be setup to dynamically pull in the current list of events (via another plugin’s shortcode) and outputs each one as an option in a drop-down menu?
