Populating a form based on a dropdown query selection

I would like to populate a Caldera form with data held in custom fields within the Products post from Woo Commerce.

I have installed Woo Commerce and set up some products with custom fields. I then have set up a Caldera Forms form with a dropdown list that has the product name. Upon selecting the product name I would like the data held in the custom fields associated with the particular post to be automatically populated into elements on the form. I then use that data to perform further calculations.

My questions are:
1. Can this be done easily using Woo Commerce and Caldera Forms.
2. If it can be done then does anyone have the patience to talk me through it? I am somewhat new to WordPress.
