Populating Author Meta from ACF

    Does anyone have a suggestion for this? I am building feed url with user specified feeds from the WP back end but in some cases, there is no author returned (in this case, Google News).

    I know I can outright remove this from the meta info, or modify the link, etc. But I would like to use my ACF field of ‘feed_name’ to populate this particular bit of meta info.

    I’d considered checking some part of the URL for this, but with the formatting of these addresses potentially being so different, I’m not sure how consistently I could do this via JavaScript or something, either.

    You leverage the filters in order to achieve this. I would recommend you to check the feedzy_meta_output in order to do this.
