Populating Counts for 3000+ Posts

  • I’m working on a site that has over 3,500 posts and high traffic.

    I’m using the native method to pull in Facebook counts. I’ve created a Facebook app and added the access token as outlined here.

    The posts are currently populating the counts. Once the posts are populated, does this process constantly repeat to pull in new counts? How does this work?
