• Hi,

Events Manager seems to have almost everything I need. I’m would like to know if the event locations can be populated with my other custom post types.

For example, I have a custom post type called churches. Each church (or post) contains custom fields (using ACF) like address, city, and zip. I would like to be able to call these churches and list them within Events Manager along side any non-church venues.

Is there an easy way to make this possible and not have to maintain 2 separate lists of churches?

    Thanks for your advice.

    hi,

although I haven’t tried it yet; try to enable custom custom fields at Events > Settings > General > General Options > Enable location custom fields =Yes

this plugin may help – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/posts-to-posts/

however, since your churches are essentially locations, I’d say your best bet is two lists, the locations one just being ‘place’ info. You’d probably be best off creating locations and pointing them to your churches instead. Aside from using PHP to change links or redirect, you could also use something like a redirect plugin or just add text links to the main church page on yoru location descriptions.
