    I have a problem with the popup analytics module which breaks ninja forms. If I disable the module the problem goes away.
    This is a pure ninja form and is not being hosted in popupmaker.
    I have a submit button and when the form is submitted it should clear the form and display a suitable message but this is not happening.
    Instead the form just sits there and does not clear nor display the submitted message.

    I have actually logged this as premium support twice without reply and I am not happy.

    @pridgwaydavies – Can you confirm you have received any replies from us? I have replied to all of the tickets you submitted with patched copies attached. The last I send a dropbox link rather than attaching a zip file. If you are not receiving them maybe check junk mail as we haven’t had any other users complain about not getting responses like this.

    Yes there was an email issue and I was not getting the replies so humble appologies and the fix has cured the issue so thank you very much.

    @pridgwaydavies – Fantastic, always troubling to hear a user isn’t getting responses to tickets, mainly because I personally still clear the ticket inbox at least once a day generally.
