PopUp and Avada Theme

    Created a popup and activated it for the page — doesn’t show up. I tried the shortcode but nothing shows up. Is this compatible with Avada?

    WP Terms Popup should work with Avada. I’ve never heard otherwise but I don’t have personal experience with it. This might be a caching problem or a conflict with another plugin as well.

    I’ve turned off all other plugins and there isn’t a cache running on the site. But it’s not working. I’ve had to switch over to another solution. Thank you for your response.

    The plugin works fine with Avada, it was my error in missing a setting!
