Turning on the screen option for CSS classes and putting mpopup in the new field is great and works fine. However I lose the open in a separate tab option for other menu items. Is there a class I can put in here that allows a new tab rather than a popup in the same menu?

What method were you using to make the other menu items open in a separate tab?

I have set up a menu on a test site with the plugin installed and with the options for link target & CSS classes selected in screen options.

I have added the class mpopup to a menu item and when tested it works as expected. Other menu items have the ‘Open link in a new tab’ option selected and they are also working as expected.

As I have not been able to reproduce the issue, I don’t have any clues as to what might be causing the issue on your site.

Please provide a link to a page on your site indicating which menu items are set to popup and which are set to open in a new tab.

Sorry I thought I was clear, my mistake I hadn’t realised that Link Target had been unchecked.
