Popup animation in page

Hi if you click on the button on the bottom of the page on the static bar “Get a Free Quote” it pops up the form but when you click it away it is fine but click again and the transition on the page shows is there something to prevent this. Sorry to be a pain I have had a lot of issues with the latest Divi transitions.
