Popup appearing too low

This link helped me a lot. I don’t use this plugin anymore, because the client doesn’t want a pop-up anymore. But I hope this will solve your problem.

Hm.. when I made the changes the plugin was automatically deactivated because of a “syntax error”.
My problem is that the popup window appears sticked to the foot of the browser window whenever opened if you’ve scrolled down on the page..
