Popup appears for 1 seconds not according to the rule stated

  • Hello Damian,
    My website shows the popup for 1 seconds and then disappears (on both Desktop and mobile versions) and then appears again after 30 seconds as I created a rule for.

    How can I prevent from the popup to show up after this 1 seconds when arriving a web page, so it will show up ONLY as the rule states (30 seconds)?

    that’s not a normal behaviour something else must be affecting it.Do you have ajax mode set to on?

    Hey Damian, I didn’t quiet get what “ajax mode set to on”.
    I don’t see any Ajax appearance within the popup settings.
    Can you please direct me to the possible solution?
