    Hello,

    the last update from popupbox don`t work. It shoes me:

    Update failed: Verzeichnis konnte nicht angelegt werden. /homepages/12/d514131226/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/Literaturblog/wp-content/upgrade/ays-popup-box.3.2.8/ays-popup-box/public/partials

    What could be the reason?

    Thank you for your topic.

    Our Development Team has searched for the error and found that it can be connected to 2 different things:

    1. Your hosting set up security permissions to protect the server and site folders from unwanted changes, and in the process took away your authority.
    2. It could be due to high memory usage and no disk space.
