Popup box not showing

A script includes jquery 1.4.4 on your website

Thank you for your reply, we have all the plugins updated the theme there is no update.
Is there any other way to solve this situation?

I think I solve it…
I just installed the plugin jQuery Updater
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jquery-updater/
and it worked for me.
