We checked the link and if the problem is with the popup size, set the minimum width for it like in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/te3qe7

If you have another problem with popup, please, let us know, so we can check and solve it.

Did that and set minimum width to 300px and it still crashes the website on iPad only.

Tried all those options still broken on iPad so usless to us as most of our users are on iPad or mobile phones. Those settings shouldn’t be the problem.
