Popup cannot redirect to designated webpage

I indicated the correct URL in the fields which you provided. But the pop-up still does point to the designated landing page.

Same issue even i am facing with my iframe popup on this page https://ppslasers.store/staging/product/mediinject/ (click on View All Details link), and it should open another page from a different website, which is it now opening… this is what it opens in the popup : https://prnt.sc/uolpxn

Seems you have wrapped an image with a link and that’s why our suggested method doesn’t work for you. https://prnt.sc/upyhn1
So, please just remove the link from the image and everything should work as expected.
Also, don’t forget to add http(s) in front of redirection URL.

I’ve replaced the URL with one that does not have www. However, it still points to the same page where the pop-up is. (https://finaqe.com/real-life-examples-ideas-on-how-to-pivot-your-business-2/).

We have checked the website and noticed that there is a link on the image: https://prnt.sc/upyhn1

In this case, the redirection of the popup is not going to work.
Thus the redirection of the link will work instead.
So, please, remove the link and the popup redirection will work as intended.

It will be easier to use just an Image popup in this case. No link will be added to the image and the popup will work as expected.
We noticed that you have used the HTML popup type and included an image inside the popup content. And hence on that image there is another link which prevents our logic from being redirected.
