Popup Close on Click

I’m currently embedding a contact form into a popup, however, when the contact form “submit” button is clicked – the page is sent to a “page not available,” I believe this is because the form is trying to modify the popup to say ‘Message Sent’ but because the popup closes when the page is clicked on – it fails.

Any ideas how to keep the popup there unless the “x” is clicked on?

If you visit the page, once the Directory loads you can filter for me, Joshua Wise, and send a test message, I’ll get it – then you’ll see where it throws you to a page not found, which does reference the previous form.
