    Hi @cpufreezer

    I hope you’re well today!

    I checked it and it seems that entire popup as well as some other code is actually withing an “a” element (“a” HTML tag) which essentially makes it all a regkular link, pointing to the homepage.

    When you click on that link (which, when popup shows, become an entire visible area), you’re just taken to the link target URL.

    Did you add the popup to the site using shortcode that’s added somewhere in the footer? If yes, make sure that the shortcode is not anywhere between

    <a href= ...> </a>

    HTML tags. That “a” tag starts right below the

    <div class="copyright-wrapper">

    ...

    </div>

    code block. You might also need to check your site’s theme/footer template as it might be “hard-coded” in it.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hello Adam,

    thanks for your help.

    I did not use a shortcode. I’ve created the popup right in the plugin, went to visibility and specified the visibility rules to let it only popup on the page Newsletter which was the link here: https://inner-health.de/newsletter-2/ . There’s nothing fancy in the footer ??
