Popup conditions not working

Hi,

Do you have other conditions on the box as well?

Did you set it to “page is not” or “url does not contain” ? Because the page name likely doesn’t have a / before and after is.

Is it set to match “any” or to match “all” conditions?

Yes, I also don’t want it to show on the Spanish page. So we have the following conditions (I updated them to test your suggestion on changing it to URL, but it still loads on the below pages):

Load this box if:
– if URL IS NOT /payment-form/
or
– if URL IS NOT /hablamos-espanol/

There is not an option that says “contains or does not contain”

It is set to match any conditions, but the box still loads on those pages. I trie clearing the cache as well.

If you use two “is not” conditions with “or” it will of course always show the box because it’s always not the one page OR not the other page. You likely want to switch it to AND (if all conditions match).
