Popup confirmation before send mail

Hello everybody.
I need help, I would like to be able to open a confirmation modal when clicking the send button before sending.

It’s just a popup with two choices, if the person clicks confirm and the form is processed and sent, or the person clicks to refuse and in this case we no longer processing the form and the person can change the fields .

I had found a Chinese plugin Contact Form 7 add confirm but I need a system with a popup.
