    Hey there inakia,

    How are you today?

    I’ve checked your site and I can’t see the popup there, you probably disabled it?

    Its hard to say what actually is the problem here without actually seeing the error but what you could try is changing popup loading method to see if that will help.

    To do that please go to Popup -> Settings and try changing loading method here https://screencast.com/t/EcsUVhrf.

    If that doesn’t work please activate the popup so I can take a look at the error.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Ok Bojan, let me activate it again.

    The problem is with the homepage slider, it doesn’t loads while the popup is active. It works fine in the other blog pages.

    Hope you can see the bug!
    Thanks for helping ??

    By the way, the loading method is correct, in the footer. It’s just the problem with the slider on the home page.

    Thanks!!

    Hey again inakia,

    I was just hoping that changing loading method to another one could possible fix the issue.

    Since this is a premium theme it’s difficult for me to test this on my end in order to recreate the issue.

    What’s also odd here is that there is no errors in the console. This is most likely a conflict with Popup and the theme you’re using and to get further information on this can you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and tell me if there are any errors displayed?

    To output the WordPress debugging information you can open your wp-config.php file and change:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    To:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    Hopefully this will help us to see if there are any errors there.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
