Popup disappears from manager after refresh

Looks like it works for site-wide, but not for individual pages

Another piece of the puzzle. Looks like it is actually working, but is not displaying in the popup manager. This also means that I can’t delete it…

Interesting – could you confirm the version you’re on? I recall a similar issue that was fixed a while back.

Are you able to send me a screenshot of the popup manager – sometimes if there is a ‘ghost’ popup, it will display a certain way.

If too large, perhaps replicate on another site, and send me a backup of that site?

Same thing occurred on my website. Did you ever find out what was wrong?

Unfortunately no. And I haven’t had the time to replicate it for @smarterdigitalltd
