I published my Boxzilla Popup on https://www.nextensia.com/ website, however I can see it only when I’m logged in WordPress. The popup does not show up for website visitors.

Can you help me please? I can’t find the solution anywhere…

I recommend you empty the cache of whatever caching plugin you use.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

Hi, I did this and it crushed the website down, it deleted the config file. We are restoring the previous website version but I don’t understand why it had this effect, or why the popup can’t be seen.

As long as the cache isn’t emptied, normal visitors will not see the latest version of your site. Logged in users are often shown a non cached version of the site.

I suppose the site crashing after emptying the cache isn’t related to boxzilla, you would need to check your php error log to investigate that further.
