Popup does not work after 4.4.5.4 Update

Yes. I tried deactivating and then reactivating PopUp after your message. It did not work either.

No matter what settings I choose, popup simply does not show.

It was working fine in the previous version.

I also noticed that there is an add-on in your plugin to test for the existence and functionality of wp_head and wp_footer in the active theme.

Even if I have wp_head in the appropriate location, the add-on does not catch it and gives an error saying I don’t have wp_head.

Perhaps this is the reason?

And after our messages I completely erased version 4.4.5.4 and reverted the previous version, thinking it was working fine and I could use it. However, the previous version also does not work now.

Can you try adding a ‘/’ at the end of the urls? This will mean that they become:
https://alternatifanne.com/

Instead of:
https://alternatifanne.com

I added a ‘/’ at the end of the urls.

Also added a ‘/’ at the end of the urls in the Popover Content area too.

Did not work either… ??

It only worked with the “/” at the end of the URL. Have you tried removing the ‘Popover shown less than’ condition?

Go to “Settings” and set “External Load” on “Pop Over loaded using”. It works for me.
