I created a popup, but clicking the trigger has no effect.

I would guess this has something to do with these js error messages:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null (setting 'value')
    at testy/:2068:47
testy/:2081 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null (setting 'onclick')
    at testy/:2081:13

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')
    at HTMLParagraphElement. (frontend_blocks.js:8:13998)
    at HTMLParagraphElement.dispatch (jquery.min.js:2:40035)
    at v.handle (jquery.min.js:2:38006)

Sorry I can’t show you the page affected, as it’s on a staging site behind a password.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @hilaryjb,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We were unable to replicate the issue at our end.

Please take the actions listed below:
    1) Ensure that you are using the latest version of the ‘Responsive Blocks’ plugin.
    2) If yes, please try deactivating all the plugins other than the ‘Responsive Blocks’ plugin one by one and check if the issue is resolved.
    3) Create a new staging site with only the ‘Responsive Blocks’ plugin activated.

    Hope this works for you.

    Best Regards,
    Tejas
