Popup doesn’t load theme

    Hi!

    I remember I’ve used this plugin in the past and it worked well, but it’s been a while since. Now I’ve tried to create a popup and it doesn’t seem to load the theme: all variables depending on the theme (background, size etc) don’t show up regardless of which one I assign or even if I delete all themes except the one I want to use. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @manueldmngzz, sorry to hear about that.

    I checked your website and I see the issue with the popup. May I ask, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If so, could you please try to deactivate them temporarily from your end to see if that fixes the popup?

    Please be advised: there are some instances that caching plugin prevents the popups to rendered with theme styling or any CSS at all.

    Could you please let us know if that works for you?
