Popup doesn't show

What are all the rules you are using? which version you are using?

I’m using the latest version. The problem is that I’m the only one who can see the Popup :/

But I actually see two popups. Could be other users see the big one on top ? Not sure about that but i can confirm it’s working

the bigger one is an old popup i don’t know why it keeps showing. I asked to some people to see my page and look if the popup shows, but they said it didn’t show

Maybe they already closed it without noticing , im not sure what to say. I can see it. Without more information there is nothing I can do
