Popup doesn’t show

    Hi, we’ve used the plugin in another website of ours and it works perfectly. Somehow it doesn’t in this one. We’ve tried turning on debug but nothing seems to be relevant in debug.log.

    We’ve also tried using YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup plugin and the result is the same. The chosen products are added to the cart but the popup doesn’t show. As you can see, it just stays on the same page.

    Sorry not be able to provide more info. We tried to search on the Internet but there doesn’t seem to be much to be said from what we can see.

    Hello @edwinatgideon

    You’re being redirected to cart page.
    Since its ajax, you don’t see the redirection.
    Try deactivating other plugins / custom code, if you don’t know where it is coming from

    Appreciate the quick response!

    But we’re not familiar with Ajax and redirection. Could you elaborate just a little more?

    -I googled but couldn’t find in a hurry what might it mean by Since its ajax, you don’t see the redirection.

    -What might be the more likely ‘bad’ plugins or code that could possibly cause the problem? (We do have quite a bit customized snippets.)

    btw, we just unchecked ‘Redirect to the cart page after successful addition’ under WooCommerce > Products tab, but the problem remains.

    I think I know what you mean now. Even after we turned off redirecting to cart as mentioned above, adding a product to cart still redirects to the cart page.

    We’ll try to find out why that is. Meanwhile any insight is appreciated!

    Found it. We disabled ‘Add to cart’ module of Booster plugin and all seems well now!
