Popup doesn’t show

    Hello,
    I’m trying to create a popup modal by clicking but it doesn’t show the popup.

    1. Now I’m using Brizy with OceanWP theme.
    2. I set the popup: Whole Site, On Click.
    3. I added the link URL “brave_open_popup_2055” to the image element here.

    The address changes, but no popup shows. Please advise.

    Just checked the page link, the popup is not being rendered at all. That’s why clicking the image does not work. If you are using a cache plugin, try clearing the cache and/or disabling it. Also, make sure the placement settings of the popup is correct and try disabling any filters from the popup settings screen.

    Hi, I have already purged the cache and disabled the plugin.
    And I didn’t set any of filters for the popup.
    In this case, what area should I look into?

    Hi,
    it works now. I don’t know what solved the issue.
    Possibly the cache deletation reflected slowly.
