Popup doesn’t show once published

    Hi,

    I have used this plugin for years and today I can’t get it to work. I have used different settings (rules in this case) and my WordPress version is the latest. I don’t know if the new Gutenberg system is causing the problem.

    I can preview the pu. But as soon as I hit publish, I get a 404 error https://coach2coach.es/spucpt/7057/

    I have:
    1. Checked the rules. They are specific to each page I want the pu to show in (6 pages) using the rule PAGE > EQUALS > PAGE NAME
    2. Checked and changed Viewing Options. I’ve tried with Test mode on and off. Doesn’t matter. I can just view the pu if it’s in draft. Once published, I don’t know what happens but doesn’t show.
    3. Set the trigger time to 0 seconds for the time being, so that it shows immediately. It does when in draft mode. No longer when published.
    4. Purged cache.

    This had never happened to me before, and I have used the plugin for a long time, in many different websites. It’s now, coincidentally when I’ve tried to use it with the new wordpress, that it’s giving me hell.

    Also, I cannot change CSS style (background color, border, etc.). No option in Popup Appearance.

    Hi
    You are working in mode ajax On, it’s because you website use cache, it’s ok.

    When your page is load, the ajax event call to all the popups that comply with the established rules, and in your case, it brings empty.

    Could you send us a screenshot about your rules?
    If you put several pages names, remember that those must be separated by OR.

    How do I send you a screenshot? I don’t see how to upload it.

    If it’s enough for you, I’ll tell you that I’ve added the 6 pages, one after the other with the AND that appears on the right. After that, I see a string of dots with the word “OR” in the middle.

    I see. Well, I can’t preview nor view it myself, having cleared the cache, but if it’s working, ok. I’ll close the thread.
