Popup doesn't work

Hello,

I’ve read several posts on the same issue, but the popup still won’t show up.
I’ve created a very simple popup with just one paragraph, enable debug and safe mode, set cookies to 0, viewed website in incognito mode.. nothing. The theme is using wp_head and wp_footer.

The website is https://www.alsco.com.au

The only code added by the plugin seems to be the one calling the stylesheet plugins/popups/public/assets/css/public.css

I hope I can get this to work in the end.
