Popup doesn’t work on Chrome or Safari

    Hi, I’ve set up a pop up to show on the home page and contact us page and it is showing right down the bottom below the footer, even though I’ve set it to display in the middle of the page.

    Please help?

    Thanks for the topic.

    We have checked your website and noticed that you are using the WP Rocket Cache plugin:

    The issue is probably related to caching.

    Please clear all the caches and exclude the link where the popup is enabled from the cache plugin settings.
    After excluding it, test it again using a different browser or in Incognito mode.
