Popup don’t appear

    Hi,

    Can you please make sure the Popup is marked as published and the trigger setting is set to “Page Load”.

    Yes popup is turned on and published.

    Ok. Looks like your theme does not use wp_footer() tag in the footer. Which is required for most plugins. kindly add the tag in your footer file of your theme and the popup should load fine.
