I am using Elementor Pro to make a popup form with the shortcode [wppayform id=”4270″]

I am also using using the Embedded Checkout Field to have the card information input on the form, since I don’t want the user to leave the form.

Unfortunately, the card details field does not show up in the form in either Test or Live mode. However, if I preview the form, the card details field appears.

Also, after clicking the submit button, I am sent to the Home page of the site.

After testing, I found out that Elementor is the problem. I downloaded a popup plugin (Popup Maker) and WPPayForms now works fine in that plugin.

So we can consider this solved with the work around.

    Hi dfuytn,
Happy to hear from you. But I think this is a user-specific issue. WPPayForm should work on elementor popup like other popup plugins as well.
    Thanks
