Popup fails to appear always in some PCs

    Hello.
    I need the popup to appear always, regardless the number of times the page is visited. In my system works fine but in others (a PC and a tablet) it does not.
    Current settings:
    Cookies expiration = 0
    Enable test mode = no

    I also tried with test mode = yes

    Customer says this is a must ??

    Its possible those PC and tablet were used before you set cookie expiration to 0 ? Try deleting cookies on that tablet and PC and then try again.

    Is the cookie was already set it won’t show, no matter if you set to 0 days now

    Yes, it is possible.
    What about setting test mode to yes. Will it still hide it if cookies exist?

    no, test mode only works for admins

    The other option you have is to create a new popup. When the id changes , the cookie won’t be the same
