Popup form can not be loaded using URL

    Hello,
    I am trying to use URL to open popup forms via link:
    Click here

    This url does not open any forms, but scroll the page to the top. Could you please advise on what I am doing wrong? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, you have to make sure that the form is actually loaded on your site. I do not see the our form scripts on your site, which means it isn’t loaded. You will either need to set it to all pages, use a shortcode or load it in a widget.
