PopUp form div position error

    Hello friends,

    First off all thank you very much for the plugin. It’s exactly what I need for the project that I’m working.

    The problem I found is with de PopUp div that contains the Enquiery form.

    The form is shown but not centered on the screen. It’s necesary to scroll down to see the form.

    I’m using WP 4.4. ( also tested in 4.3) and AVADA premium Theme.

    Have you know about this error before? It’s look like some kind of incompatibity with this theme.
