    Hello there,

First. please make sure you have set the popup to appear. In the publication section you will want to select an option for where it appears. Also, if you saw the form once, and subscribed, it will no longer appear for you.

If that is not the issue t sounds like there could be some interference from a theme, or another plugin, that is preventing Optin Cat from working.

We’ll need to test this in a clean environment, and if the issue does not persist, we will need to isolate the conflict. Bear in mind we do not have any other reports of this, os the chances of the issue being caused by a conflict with something you are using is high.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

Let us know your results, and we will go from there.
