Hi, I have two popups on my home page. A few weeks ago both popups were working.

Now when the second one is clicked further down the page “Prayer Requests & Praise Reports” the page automatically returns to the top and then freezes.

The same popup is on another page “Our Community” and works fine.

Any thoughts would be very helpful

Hi @kawindsor,

Page freezes are usually caused by CSS conflicts.

We have a fix for that which you can see here: Override CSS Conflict

Thanks for sharing a link to your site and telling us how to reproduce that problem.

I just want to confirm. When I add that CSS override fix from @kimmyx to my browser dev tools while I’m on your homepage, it fixes the problem.

it seems to be working in Chrome, but same problem in Safari.

Any ideas?

We can see your popup in Safari. You might need to clear your Safari cache or open a private Safari browser window.
