popup from menu item

    I have a popup called ‘contact’ that I can open from a button but not from a menu item.
    The URL on the menu item custom link is set to #contact
    The menu item text is popup
    What am I missing?

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

    I see that you have successfully installed the plugin but I don’t see any Popup defined on the URL mentioned above. Can you please make sure, that you have marked the section as popup by clicking yes on “This is a Popup” in section settings.

    Thanks for your response.

    I ended up scratching what I had done and restarting. I just now added a popup called ‘contact’. The section contains a code module which opens a Forminator form.

    I want to add this to a menu item so people can open the contact form by clicking on the menu item.

    Nay help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    Apologies for the inconvenience!

    You need to update the href link in the navbar to trigger the Popup. Currently it has the following:

    PopUpContact

    You need to replace the href to href=”#contact”. Hope it will solve the problem.

    Thank you for the help. I was able to get this working.
    The two things I needed to do was
    1. Add the CSS class to the menu item
    2. Add the popup section to the Global Header so it was available from every page.
