Popup has 2 scroll bars and freezes page.

    We have an email popup enabled on our site through the Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin that seems to be having a bit of a strange issue. The popup will appear after 5 seconds on the main page, however, as soon as the page is opened, 2 scroll bars can be seen on the right and the popup seems to freeze any scrolling on the page until it is either reloaded or a link is clicked. I truly appreciate any help with this issue!

    Just a note: I have temporarily changed the email popup to a footer so it is not in the middle of the page, however, it still shows the same issue. It is currently set to show after 5 seconds, but I may change it to appear only when the customer goes to leave the page.

    Actually, the Mailchimp for WooCommerce extension is developed and supported my Mailchimp themselves. Your best bet here would be to get in touch with them and see if they can shine some light onto the issue.
