popup height to small in footer

The popups that allow selection are top cropped when in the footer.

For instance for facebook I have selected,
visit us, like us and share as options. In the sidebar this is fine. On the footer, I only get the bottom selection.

The bad part is my client first noticed this on her iphone and told me “the social icons are dead”. I think perhaps she was not even seeing the first one.
