The popup appears OK on my old 2012 MacBook Pro in Chrome but in Safari or on any other devices the top of the popup is hidden beneath the header, and the Close button is outside of the popup on the left side of the webpage and below. I have used this plugin on many other websites and not had this problem but I notice that someone else has had a problem with the Close button so I’m wondering if this is a bug that needs to be addressed

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ma3ry

Thank you for getting in touch.

We did not see our standard print “init popups” when we checked your site. You should see something like this on the browser console.

Here’s how the browser console shows on your site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uyAwNm

We saw a popup. However, it is coming from a third-party plugin and not from Popup Maker.

    Here’s what we saw: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQu4wGKP

Could you please share the exact link where we can check the popup coming from Popup Maker?

Thank you, and we look forward to your response.

Thank you. Yes, I had to replace your popup with a different one since it looked so bad. I have now put yours back. It looks OK in Chrome on my 2020 MacBook Pro but not in Safari or on tablets. Please see screenshot at https://ibb.co/VQVf7VW

    Hi @ma3ry,

Thanks for the response and for enabling your popup again.

This is how we currently see it on some browsers:
    MS Edge: https://share.getcloudapp.com/llugNy6n
    Firefox: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zu2YynD
    Opera: https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDunyxlx

Can you try clearing your Safari browser cache to see if the issue disappears?

Let us know how it goes.

Sorry but your responses take too long on a very active website. The owner was upset that it was not getting resolved, so I did the only thing practical, which was to move the popup to the bottom corner.

I thought this was probably a bug so felt I should report it, but if nobody else is reporting it I am going to close the this ticket because I cannot leave it again in the broken condition.
