• If a visitor closes the popup, I have popup icon enabled to display in bottom left corner – this is great. However, the icon only shows when popup fires and then user closes it. If the user reloads the page, the icon will not show anymore. This is kind of a big issue considering people tend to visit many many pages on an ecommerce website.

I’ve checked what might be the issue, but once the popup is closed, the icon has CSS class of “wcb-coupon-box-small-icon-hide-left” even after page reload and this class won’t go away until the cookie expires.

I have set that the popup will fire again after 3 hours if user haven’t subscribed, but it is kind of useless.

Most users will close the popup, then browse the store and if they are going to make an order, they want to get back to their email discount. Is this a normal behavior of your plugin, or am I seeing some bug on my side?

    Thank you.

  • Hi,

Thank you for letting us to know your problems,

We have checked again our plugin and the icon is appeared on all pages. Please check again your setting for assign option to assign the coupon box on the page you want. You can watch this video. Therefore it is not a bug of plugin.

If after setting as we suggest, your problem is unresolved, please try to activating only our plugin and WC or change your Theme to test it.

    Best regards,
