Popup is not closing for non logged-in facebook users

    Update:

    The popup is shown anyway on mobile devices, even if you are logged-in on facebook or not, every time you visit the site.

    Update 2:

    Now the popup is shown on desktops too. Every time you visit the site.

    Again, the feature: For first-time visitors is set to 99999.

    Hello!
    Please provide me link to the page with popup and screenshot of the Main tab Settings of your popup. I will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.
