popup is not visible

Thanks for using my plugin. I am aware of this issue and I am currently working to fix it. For now, could you please try to de-activate the plugin and then activate it again? This should fix the issue.

I tried, bud still not working.

I looked at your site, and it looks like there may be some conflicts with other plugins happening. You have a lot of Javascript errors happening on your site, which may be preventing the Javascript for the Facebook Page Like Popup from working properly.

Did you use this plugin before version 2.0.0?

If so, did it work before upgrading?

I’m having this issue on Firefox, Safari and Mobile iOS. It works perfectly on Chrome. I simply don’t see the popup on the other platforms. Tried clearing cookies and waiting too.

Also, is there a premium version that won’t show the popup to those who have already liked my Facebook Page?

Thanks for using my plugin! I am sorry to hear you’re having an issue with it on Firefox, Mobile iOS, and Safari. Do you still have the plugin installed? When I visited your site, it appears that either the plugin has been removed or it’s not activated in the plugin’s settings.

Statebuilt Facebook Page Like Popup is indeed activated and it works perfectly on Chrome Desktop. Perhaps I’ve another plugin conflicting with it?

I apologize for the delayed response. I looked at your site this morning in all of the browsers mentioned (Firefox, Mobile iOS Safari, Safari, and Chrome on desktop). The popup is working perfectly fine for me when I visit your site. Are you still experiencing the issue on your end?

As for your question about a premium version, there is one in the works right now but the feature you’re asking about may not come til later. I’ve looked into adding it, but there are some permissions issues on Facebook’s end that would make it a less-than-desirable user experience. There may be other options, though, so this is a possibility in the future ??
