Popup is showing at the bottom of the page

Hello there,
I got a strange problem. De popup is showing on the bottom of the page (under the page). You can see it here: https://ce.cedev.nl/diensten#hosting If you click on “Aanvragen” then the popup wil show up (guess you have to scroll down to see it).
A few weeks ago it worked well..
Hope someone can help me
