    Hello,

I have a menu button that opens a popup, however it doesn’t work on a few pages that have a photo gallery/jquery scripts. When I view the error console, the first item in the error refers to the minified js of the Essential Addons plugin, so I’m hoping you can help me troubleshoot what might be happening. Example of the error for the linked page is:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘startsWith’)
    at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (d544d5b66.min.js?ver=1643385963:1:65967)
    at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:43064)
    at HTMLDocument.v.handle (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:41048)

I get the same type of error even on pages that don’t use an Essential Addons widget, like this one for example: https://northrivereurasiers.com/dawg/virginia/

When I switch off Essential Addons, the popup works fine. (I’m using Popup Maker).

Can you please advise if there’s something I can do to resolve this?

    Thanks very much,
    Sabina

Hi, thanks so much for the quick response.

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. I’ve got version 5.0.5 running, and before trying I regenerated assets, purged cache & did hard a reload. I still get the same error in the console.

I think it may just be an issue with PopupMaker, I was able to get a popup button to work successfully a page with your gallery on my development site using a different popup plugin. (Magenta button on this page https://gradycreative.com/development/drafteurasiers/gallery/)

If you don’t see anything that might be causing it with your code, I can just revert to that setup instead.
